Today's moment becomes tomorrow's memory.

As promised in my last post, I write out here some new year's resolutions.
I just skip the unneccessary intro here. My sport resolution for 2013 is to go on that exercise regime. More specifically to survive a half-marathon under 1 hour and 20 minutes. I'm not quite sure when and where will it happen, but I'm sure when I can prepare properly, then I can do it. Last year, when I ran half marathon twice, I was stuck on 1:22, so the motivation should not be a problem. I was running just to get the feeling, that occurs with most endurance races. So in addition to perform at my best I have to beat my last year time as well. Lets see how does it inspire me and fire me up. But what if I fail and don't reach my goal? Whoop, whoop whoop...then I'll refund you every euro you paid me of reading this blog.
In addition to running, I would like to take a part in bicycle tour in 2013. This is just an idea at the moment, but a plan worth considering tomorrow.

Btw I have had a good week. I was positively surprised when the training with ski club members were fully booked on last Tuesday. Or is it because January is the month when people strive to exercise more as a New Year's Resolution? Anyway, as a coach the full house training made me feel good.
Because of the exam period there is nothing special happening within next 2 weeks, but after that I start my internship and that's gonna be fun and challenging. I look forward to working with professional athletes- I'm so stoked! I will come back to this with more information during internship.

Here are some pics from today. I had an awesome roller-skiing training with some friends. Even wet ski boots could not ruin it at all.

Elektrit veel majas ei ole, ning maalrid ja trepiehitajad on tööhoos. Loodetavasti veebruaris õnnestub.
